Surrounded by the owners' peaceful vineyards it sits under 2 miles from historic Monmouth's shops, restaurants, pubs, indoor pool and theatre. Royal Forest of Dean i 5 miles away and Tintern Abbey, Usk Symond's Yat (RSPB), Raglan Castle and Brecon Beacons are all nearby. Excellent golf course fishing canoeing and riding are available locally.
Our Opinion of Ancre Hill Cottage
Ancre Hill Cottage is attractive and modern with a recently refurbished interior. We love the countryside views and the peaceful location surrounded by Vineyards. Although the setting is very rural there are many attractions locally including the Royal Forest of Dean 5 miles away. We recommend this cottage to those wanting a rural escape with plenty of outdoor activities in the area.
