Ideally situated for enjoying year round holidays it is just 4 miles from Lake Bala with its fishing, sailing, windsurfing and lakeside steam railway whilst Snowdonia's wealth of outdoor activities and family attractions are all within easy reach as are the beautiful golden sandy beaches at Barmouth. Good eating places and shops are found in historic Bala town 4 miles away.
Our Opinion of Cae Derwen
This spacious house has a fantastic location on the edge of Snowdonia National Park making it perfect for families and groups of friends looking to explore. There are numerous outdoor activities to enjoy including climbing, walking and watersports. The area also has many family attractions including the beautiful beaches of Barmouth. The house itself is beautiful and has a fantastic village location making it peaceful but not isolated.
