There are scenic waymarked footpaths and cycle routes to follow Porthmadog – home of the famous Ffestiniog railway – is just 7 miles away and the Snowdon Mountain Railway makes dramatic journeys to the summit. Criccieth's sandy beaches and ancient castle are 6 miles away. A Pub serving food is within 100 yards and a shop 2 miles.
Our Opinion of Bwthyn Ael Y Bryn
This traditional little cottage is bound to appeal to nature lovers as it is located right on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Other local attractions include Snowdon Mountain Railway and beautiful sandy beaches can be found less than 6 miles away. The enclosed private garden is a real bonus and ideal for families with children. We love the rustic charm of the property too.
