The Elan Valley's stunning reservoirs for fishing and mountain biking are the area's main attractions and with Red kites soaring above this is also superb bird watching and walking country – Glyndwr's Way Cistercian Way and Offa's Dyke are all nearby as are an indoor activity centre, cycle hire and riding. Dolphin spotting in Cardigan Bay makes an excellent day trip. A shop and pub are within 1 mile.

Located in an area ideal for bird watching and outdoor activities these comfortable cottages are perfect for families. Close by the Victorian Spa town Llandrindod Wells has a good range of shops and places to eat and drink as well as a lake for swimming and a leisure centre. Children will love a day drip to enjoy dolphin watching at Cardigan Bay.
