A warm Hebridean welcome awaits visitors to this very special Art Deco period town house set in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis a land steeped in history and culture. Shops and restaurants some offering the famous Stornoway black pudding are just a few minutes' stroll as are the An Lanntair arts centre and Lewis Castle setting for the annual Hebridean Celtic Festival and with a golf course in its extensive grounds. There are stunning sandy beaches (pictured) an authentic Black House village to visit and a trip to the mystical Callanish standing stones is a must (15 miles). Local boat trips explore the coastline with its abundant birdlife and regular sightings of seals porpoises dolphins and the occasional whale. There are great attractions further afield too – visitors can take a 'hopscotch' return ferry through Harris and Uist to complete the Hebridean adventure.
