Enjoying a gloriously peaceful setting at the northern edge of Kielder Water in the Northumberland National Park this very comfortable timber lodge boasts wonderful views and superb walking cycling fishing sailing water skiing and bird watching on the doorstep. Set alongside other holiday properties it is surrounded by the largest natural woodland in the UK a haven for wildlife red squirrels deer and woodpeckers can be spotted from the lodge verandas. All the myriad delights of the region as well as the historic castles and towns of the Scottish Borders are within easy reach. Kielder Castle and shop/post office are 1 mile and a pub serving food is a half mile stroll.
