Set on the owners' 440 acre working farm where visitors are welcome to roam the many foopaths and bridleways it sits about 30 minutes' drive from the historic city of York with its glorious Minster National Ralway Museum and Jorvik Viking Centre. The seaside resorts of Scarborough Filey and Bridlington are all 20 miles away as is RSPB Flamborough Head whilst Pickering's moorland steam railway Eden Camp and the Flamingo Land theme park and zoo are about 15 miles. There is wonderful walking on the Wolds Way and golf and horse riding are available nearby. A village store is 4 miles as is a pub serving food in the tranquil Wolds village of West Heslerton and the town of Malton is 12 miles.
