Among the myriad of Cotswold delights nearby are the celebrated English gardens at Hidcote Manor (N.T.) and Kiftsgate Court (both about 3 miles) and some of the loveliest of the Cotswold villages including Stow-on-the-Wold Broadway and Moreton-in-Marsh are just a short drive. Stratford-upon-Avon Shakespeare's birthplace is only 12 miles away and Cheltenham Warwick and Oxford's dreaming spires are all easily accessible. There is wonderful walking locally and a golf course is 2 miles.
