Nearby visitor attractions include Sutton Hoo National Trust site, Orfordness, Maltings concert hall and shopping village and the quaint seaside resorts of Aldeburgh and Southwold which is home to popular summer theatre. Inland Constable Country and Framlingham Castle invite exploration and the many amenities in the town of Ipswich are a short drive. A shop and pub serving food are within 100 yards.
Our Opinion of Anvil Cottage
Anvil Cottage offers modern accommodation with a light and airy feel and has the added benefit of a courtyard garden. We adore the gorgeous village setting which is peaceful and pretty. Less than a mile away the larger town of Woodbridge is a wonderful place to visit and has a harbour, shops and restaurants. The seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are also accessible.
