There is excellent local walking and cycling on quiet lanes in the glorious wolds countryside towards Louth and Market Rasen. Caistor 1 mile has shops cafes supermarkets and takeaway food amidst its Georgian streets. The huge stretches of sandy beaches on the east coast are within 10 miles Fisheries Museum Seal sanctuaries and Humber Bridge 10 miles; Lincolnwith medieval cathedral and castle and lively riverside scene is 20 miles. Village pub 400 yards.
