This charming 16th century character cottage boasts a large secluded garden as well as a great location for enjoying the glorious sandy beaches and pretty harbours of the North Norfolk coast and relaxing by the river at St Olaves. Fritton Country Park and Caldicott Hall's golf course is 1½ miles away.
There is good shopping in the market town of Beccles (5 miles away) and Great Yarmouth offers family fun. Among the delights within easy reach are the wonderful city of Norwich with its Norman castle and cathedral Wroxham (the 'capital' of the Broads) for river trips and boat hire as well as Hickling Broad's nature reserve and Caister Castle's car collection. There is a pub 100 yards away and a shop within ½ mile.
Our Opinion of Aubretia Cottage
This charming cottage has lost of character and a gorgeous garden making it ideal for families with young children. We love the location which affords easy access to sandy beaches and attractive harbours. Close by family attractions can be found in Great Yarmouth and there is also a nature reserve to enjoy.
