The cathedral city of Exeter (12 miles) and the famous resorts that comprise the English Riviera – Torquay Paignton and Brixham – are just a short drive as is Dartmouth with its busy waterfront smart shops and restaurants and bustling river traffic of boat trips up and down the beautiful River Dart. Wonderful days out can include exploring Dartmoor's rugged grantite landscape dotted with picturesque villages and enticing pubs or a visit to the lovely N.T. property at Coleton Fishacre whilst the South West coastal path is a delight for walkers and riders. Sea fishing golf and riding are all found locally. Shops and pubs are just 5 minutes' walk.
